Mr Green & Ms Clean – Terms & Conditions

By booking a service with Mr Green & Ms Clean, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Fixed Price Packages

• All services are provided at our advertised flat-rate package prices.
• Our packages include only the services listed in the selected package.
• Any additional work or add-on services requested before or during the appointment will be priced separately and must be approved before work commences.
• If a property presents conditions that make the booked package unsuitable (for example, excessive overgrowth, excessive clutter, or conditions beyond the package's intended scope), we reserve the right to recommend a more suitable package or decline the service.

2. Payment

• Payment is due upon arrival before work commences, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Weather

• Outdoor services may be postponed due to unsafe weather conditions and rescheduled to the next available appointment.

4. Service Concerns

• If you have any concerns, please notify us within 24 hours so we can inspect the work and, where appropriate, provide a reasonable remedy.
• For services completed on a Friday, where possible please contact us before 5:00 pm Friday. We are closed weekends and public holidays and will respond on the next business day.

5. Photos & Records

• We may take before and after photographs and keep job records for quality assurance, training and dispute resolution.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• Please secure pets and advise us of any hazards before our arrival.
• Valuable or fragile items should be safely stored before the service begins.

7. Respectful Behaviour

• We have a zero-tolerance policy for abusive, threatening, intimidating or harassing behaviour. We reserve the right to cease work immediately, refuse future bookings and limit communication to written correspondence where necessary.

8. Right to Refuse Service

• We may refuse or cease providing services where conditions are unsafe, illegal, or where these Terms & Conditions are breached.

9. Liability

• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from faulty fixtures, fittings or items that are not suitable for normal cleaning or yard maintenance.

10. Australian Consumer Law

• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

11. Acceptance

• Booking a service with Mr Green & Ms Clean confirms your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
